越南正在积极纾解各障碍，以援助新加坡企业加大对越投资力度。与此同时，多家新加坡企业高度评价越南资本市场的潜力，然而也希望把握更多信息和规定，以放心对越南投资。
8月6日，由越南财政部部长胡德福主持的金融投资促进会议在新加坡举行，越新两国各家投资集团、企业和各大投资伙伴代表已分享了对越南市场投资的经验、顺利和困难以及对该潜在市场的投资合作机会。
越南财政部旗下的各国家管理机关领导代表和胡德福部长已直接回答了出席会议代表提出关于越南对外国投资活动政策的提问。
新加坡财务规划公司星融(SingCapital)首席执行官Afred Chia C K认为，多家投资者面临的挑战是缺乏信息，特别是英文信息。
Seatown Holdings公司私人投资业务管理YEO Wee Yap认为，越南是寻找投资具有吸引力的目的地。该公司希望政府加快批准流程，特别是有关土地、售货许可证等的审批流程。
越南国家证券委员会主席武氏真芳在会议上肯定了越南政府为外国企业，特别是证券市场出台便利条件和提供积极援助，同时表示将特别注意以下问题：
第一、取消对作为组织的外国投资者有关保证金交易的规定，为外国投资者更灵活参加市场，减少费用和在减少把外汇兑换成越南盾中的风险。

武氏真芳女士强调，在获政府批准的到2030年证券市场发展战略中，有关单位将继续进行市场结构调整，提高对中介组织的服务战略，加强新货物和产品，为外国投资者创造便利条件和预防在证券市场进行投资面临的风险。

On August 6, the Financial Investment Promotion Conference chaired by Viet Nam's Minister of Finance Hu Ducfu was held in Singapore, where representatives of investment groups, enterprises and major investment partners from Vietnam and Singapore shared their experiences, successes and difficulties in investing in the Viet Nam market, as well as investment cooperation opportunities in this potential market.
Representatives of the heads of various state administrations under the Ministry of Finance of Viet Nam and Minister Hu Defu have directly answered questions raised by delegates attending the meeting on Viet Nam's policy on foreign investment activities.
Afred Chia C K, chief executive of Singapore-based financial planning firm SingCapital, believes the challenge for many investors is the lack of information, especially in English.
YEO Wee Yap, manager of the private investment business of Seatown Holdings, believes that Viet Nam is an attractive destination for looking for investment. The company wants the government to speed up the approval process, especially for land, sales permits, etc.
At the meeting, Chairman of the National Securities Commission of Viet Nam, Vu Thi Thanh Phuong, affirmed the facilitation and active assistance provided by the Viet Nam Government to foreign enterprises, especially the securities market, and said that special attention would be paid to the following issues:
First, the removal of the provisions on margin trading for foreign investors as organizations allows foreign investors to participate in the market more flexibly, reducing fees and reducing risks in converting foreign currency into Viet Nam dong.
Second, publish information in English to create convenient conditions for foreign investors to have equal access to information when learning about Viet Nam's listed companies.
Third, the shareholding ratio of foreign investors should be updated frequently in various mass media so that foreign investors can grasp the information.
Ms. Wu Zhenfang stressed that in the securities market development strategy approved by the government until 2030, the relevant units will continue to adjust the market structure, improve the service strategy for intermediary organizations, strengthen new goods and products, create convenient conditions for foreign investors and prevent risks in investing in the securities market.
