近日合力泰(SZ.002217)旗下兴泰科技投资的越南公司正式开工，兴泰越南公司在越南举行了开工典礼暨生态伙伴大会，福建省电子信息（集团）有限责任公司总经理卞志航，江西兴泰科技股份有限公司总经理肖绪名，元太科技工业股份有限公司董事长李政昊出席。
2023年12月22日，江西省发展改革委对江西兴泰科技股份有限公司投资越南新建年产2400万片电子纸模组厂项目予以备案，通过香港子公司在越南永福省平川县霸善工业区新建年产2400万片电子纸模组厂，投资金额为412.09万美元（约合人民币3000万）。
其中，拟租赁4180㎡厂房3年租金82万美元，厂房装修费137.36万美元，200名员工薪资支出160万美元，购置电脑等办公设备费5万美元，物流费用3.65万美元，服务费24.08万美元（含ERP财务系统、人力资源系统及第三方服务等）。
兴泰越南表示，投资越南顺应了全球电子纸产业链的发展趋势，进一步加强了越南本土服务，增强了产业链丰富性。借助越南优越的地理位置、稳定的政治环境、开放的投资政策以及产业链上下游丰富的生态资源，公司将有更为广阔的发展空间。随着未来更多产业链伙伴的加入越南，这里将会成为电子纸产业发展连接东西方，甚至辐射全球的一个重要桥头堡。
此次开工的项目一期月产能达到2.5KK，预计10月份可获得当地政府的量产批准。后续将结合产业链上下游需求，推进公司二、三期项目的建设，持续优化产品线，逐步扩大总产能，预计2025年底月产能有望达到7KK。
兴泰科技是合力泰旗下主要运营电子纸业务的主体，与元太科技、京东方联合发起成立电子纸产业联盟。据合力泰2023年年度报告数据，2023年公司电子纸显示类产品营收为8.95亿元，营收占比为19.32%。
目前市场上随着数字化、可持续发展和智慧场景等趋势发展，电子纸应用领域不断拓宽，从电子阅读器拓展至商超零售、消费电子、办公娱乐、航空商旅等，市场规模持续扩大。电子纸作为新型低碳绿色环保的新型显示技术，相较于传统显示，具备护眼、耗能低、厚度薄、重量轻等优点，适用于传统纸张的大部分使用场景。
兴泰科技的主要电子纸显示屏供应商元太科技表示，美国市场电子纸标签的需求正迅速增长， 兴泰科技投产后市场前景十分广阔。
除兴泰科技外，亚世光电（SZ.002952）也在去年底通过控股子公司奇新光电在越南设立了孙公司奇新光电(越南)有限公司主营为定制化液晶显示器件及电子纸显示模组等光电显示产品，包括单色液晶显示器件、TFT液晶显示器件、电容式触摸屏模组、黑白及三色、四色、七色电了纸显示模组等。建设产能电子纸模组生产线2条，未来将扩建到6条，并计划投入TFT模组生产线2条。奇新光电越南在2024年6月份已经正式投产。
除兴泰科技和亚世光电外，双方的上游供应商京东方今年4月18日也在越南巴地头顿省富美特别工业园进行了越南智慧终端二期项目开工仪式，该项目总投资2.89亿美元（约合人民币21亿），预计2025年可以实现量产，致力于打造年产300万台电视机终端、700万台显示器终端以及4000万电子纸终端的智能工厂，以强化京东方智能制造的全球化布局，将为全球客户提供更具竞争力的终端产品。
而在2024年6月14日，浙江东方科脉电子股份有限公司越南电子纸工厂开工奠基仪式也在圆满举行，东方科脉在电子纸显示模组领域也有近二十年积累的先进技术和丰富经验。
由于全球贸易环境变化，中国与其它经济体之间的关税优势不如其它第三方市场，越来越多的中国大陆企业开始把出口到特定地区的部分产能，迁往更好营商环境的国家或地区，如代表东盟市场开放的越南，就拥有良好的营商环境，已经签署15个自贸协定，有助于中国大陆企业通过越南制造，来提升产品竞争力和盈利水平。

On December 22, 2023, the Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission filed Jiangxi Xingtai Technology Co., Ltd.'s investment in Viet Nam to build a new e-paper module factory with an annual output of 24 million pieces, and through a Hong Kong subsidiary, a new e-paper module factory with an annual output of 24 million pieces was built in Ba Shan Industrial Zone, Binh Chuan County, Vinh Phuc Province, Viet Nam, with an investment of US$4.1209 million (about RMB 30 million).
Among them, it is planned to lease a 4,180-square-meter plant with a three-year rent of 820,000 US dollars, a plant decoration cost of 1.3736 million US dollars, a salary expenditure of 1.6 million US dollars for 200 employees, a purchase of office equipment such as computers of 50,000 US dollars, a logistics cost of 36,500 US dollars, and a service fee of 240,800 US dollars (including ERP financial system, human resources system and third-party services, etc.).
Xingtai Viet Nam said that investing in Viet Nam conforms to the development trend of the global e-paper industry chain, further strengthens Viet Nam's local services, and enhances the richness of the industrial chain. With Viet Nam's superior geographical location, stable political environment, open investment policy and rich ecological resources in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, the company will have a broader space for development. With more industry chain partners joining Viet Nam in the future, it will become an important bridgehead for the development of the e-paper industry to connect the East and the West, and even radiate the world.
The first phase of the project has a monthly production capacity of 2.5KK, and it is expected to obtain mass production approval from the local government in October. In the future, we will combine the upstream and downstream needs of the industrial chain to promote the construction of the company's second and third phase projects, continue to optimize the product line, and gradually expand the total production capacity, and it is expected that the monthly production capacity is expected to reach 7KK by the end of 2025.
Xingtai Technology is the main body of Holitech's main e-paper business, and jointly initiated the establishment of the e-paper industry alliance with Yuantai Technology and BOE. According to Holitech's 2023 annual report data, the company's e-paper display product revenue in 2023 will be 895 million yuan, accounting for 19.32% of the revenue.
At present, with the development of digitalization, sustainable development and smart scenarios in the market, the application field of e-paper continues to expand, from e-readers to supermarket retail, consumer electronics, office entertainment, aviation and business travel, etc., and the market scale continues to expand. As a new low-carbon, green and environmentally friendly new display technology, e-paper has the advantages of eye protection, low energy consumption, thin thickness and light weight compared with traditional displays, and is suitable for most of the use scenarios of traditional paper.
Yuantai Technology, the main supplier of electronic paper display of Xingtai Technology, said that the demand for electronic paper labels in the United States market is growing rapidly, and the market prospect of Xingtai Technology is very broad after it is put into production.
In addition to Xingtai Technology, Yashi Optoelectronics (SZ002952) also set up a grandson company Qixin Optoelectronics (Viet Nam) Co., Ltd. in Viet Nam through its holding subsidiary, Qixin Optoelectronics () Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in customized liquid crystal display devices and electronic paper display modules and other optoelectronic display products, including monochrome liquid crystal display devices, TFT liquid crystal display devices, capacitive touch screen modules, black and white and three-color, four-color, seven-color electric paper display modules, etc. It will build 2 production lines for e-paper modules, which will be expanded to 6 in the future, and plans to invest in 2 TFT module production lines. Qixin Optoelectronics Viet Nam has officially put into production in June 2024.
In addition to Xingtai Technology and Yashi Optoelectronics, BOE, the upstream supplier of both sides, also held a groundbreaking ceremony for the second phase of the Viet Nam smart terminal project in Phu My Special Industrial Park, Ba Ria and Vung Tau Province, Viet Nam on April 18 this year, with a total investment of 289 million US dollarsabout RMB 2.1 billion), it is expected to achieve mass production in 2025, and is committed to building a smart factory with an annual output of 3 million TV terminals, 7 million display terminals and 40 million e-paper terminals, in order to strengthen the global layout of BOE's intelligent manufacturing, and will provide more competitive terminal products for global customers.
On June 14, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony of Zhejiang Oriental Kemai Electronics Co., Ltd. Viet Nam e-paper factory was also successfully held, and Oriental Kemai also has nearly 20 years of advanced technology and rich experience in the field of e-paper display modules.
Due to changes in the global trade environment, the tariff advantage between China and other economies is not as good as other third-party markets, more and more Chinese mainland enterprises have begun to export part of their production capacity to specific regions to countries or regions with a better business environment, such as Viet Nam, which represents the opening of the ASEAN market, has a good business environment, and has signed 15 free trade agreements, which will help Chinese mainland enterprises to manufacture through Viet Nam, to improve product competitiveness and profitability.
