韩国总统重申对越南半导体和文化产业给予支持


在对韩国进行正式访问期间,越南政府总理范明正7月2日下午会见了韩国总统尹锡烈(YoonSukYeol)。两国领导人一致同意密切合作,进一步深化两国经济关系并取得实际成果,为实现到2025年双边贸易额1000亿美元、到2030年双边贸易额1500亿美元的目标。


范明正总理提议,双方密切合作,鼓励韩国企业加大对半导体、数字化转型、绿色转型、生物技术等领域的投资力度;推动韩国政府加大对高技术含量、高附加值项目的投资力度;加强半导体、氢能、人工智能等领域人力资源培训的合作。



尹锡烈表示,韩国企业将越南视为潜在投资目的地,许多韩国企业在越南投资已创造了良好的投资生态系统;建议为韩国企业参与越南重点项目创造条件;并重申将支持越南人力资源培训,促进半导体和高科技产业发展;支持越南促进文化产业发展。

7月2日上午,越南政府总理范明正在首尔会见三星集团总裁李在镕。李在镕感谢越南政府向三星给予支持,特别在新冠肺炎疫情期间越南政府协助三星度过时艰。


李在镕表示,16年来三星与越南合作关系蓬勃发展,三星与越南共同成长,越南的成功是三星的成功,越南的发展是三星的发展。


目前有310家公司是三星生产链的合作伙伴,三星在河内研发中心研发人员约2500名,三星正在研发5G产品。


李在镕说,作为越南最大的投资商和出口商,三星愿与越南本着范明正总理多次提到的"利益平衡风险分担"精神,共同努力实现可持续发展。

三星计划未来3年内将把三星越南工厂打造成为该集团最大显示屏Module生产基地。


范明正总理高度评价三星在越南业绩,三星为越南经济社会发展作出了积极贡献,范明正总理表示,越南正制定关于成立投资协助基金的决定,旨在通过优化越南营商环境,提高竞争力来吸引更多企业投入越南高科技,半导体,人工智能产业。越南政府即将出台关于企业直接采购电的规定,为投资者提供电力供应方面的支持。


范明正总理希望三星继续扩大在越南投资规模,促进供应链多样化,把越南当作该集团战略生产基地和研发基地。越南正加快多项自由贸易协定谈判,力图扩大与中东、南美、非洲地区新出口市场,这有利于三星产品扩大其出口市场。


范明正总理提议三星越南公司提高国产率,帮助越南国内企业提升竞争力,有效参与集团供应链,帮助越南培养人才,创新创业和加强科技研发。范明正也希望未来会有越南人参加三星越南公司领导层。


韩国六家龙头企业欲扩大在越南投资


7月3日上午,越南政府总理范明正接见了韩国希杰集团,浦项制铁集团公司,乐喜金星(LG)集团,大宇工程建设公司,GSE&C集团,赛特瑞恩集团,韩国产业银行等驰名企业代表。


范明正总理会见希杰(CJ)集团董事长孙景植(SohnKyungShik)时,孙景植表示该集团自1998年起对越南进行投资,投资总额达10亿美元。目前,CJ集团在越南共有24家会员公司,2023年营业额达14亿美元。CJ集团希望继续在食品加工出口、物流和文化产业对越南进行投资。

范明正总理建议CJ集团继续扩大对越的投资,将越南视为战略市场,同时将更多越南产品参加CJ在全球的供应链。


范明正强调,越南政府将支持CJ集团在越南有效开展投资项目,帮助越南实现绿色增长和可持续发展的目标。


范明正总理会见韩国浦项制铁集团公司首席执行官张仁华(POSCO)时,张仁华表示POSCO在越南成立了4家钢铁分公司,投资总额18亿美元,他们希望继续扩大在越南新领域的合作与投资,同时将POSCO在越南使用的专业港口转变为商业港口,允许POSCO在越南投资建设液化天然气发电厂。


范明正总理表示,越南重点发展半导体、人工智能、大数据、生物技术等高附加值新兴产业;欢迎POSCO引进现代环保技术对越南进行投资。

韩国乐喜金星(LG)集团首席执行官郑哲东(JeongCheolDong)表示,LG在越南的投资总额超50亿美元,集团正在海防兴建工厂,继续在越南传统和新产业开展投资合作。


范明正总理希望LG集团将越南打造成为该集团重要生产、研发基地,并建议该集团提高LG产品在越南的国产化率;支持越南企业参与该集团供应链和生产链;在越南建立研发中心,积极参与社会公益活动。越南政府愿为LG集团在越南有投资运营提高有利条件。


韩国大宇工程建设公司(DaewooE&C)总裁正沅宇表示,大宇工程建设公司是第一家在越南设立代表处的韩国建设公司(1991年6月)。2017年,DaewooE&CVina正式成立,总投资13亿美元,从事投资、建设、城市业务等领域。


范明正总理建议该集团继续开展在越南的投资项目,积极参加社会保障活动,建设社会住房,为促进两国合作关系日益良好发展作出贡献。

韩国GSE&C集团董事长许润红(HuhYoonHong)表示,该集团在越南许多地方开展房地产项目。该集团希望促进现有项目的进度,参加智慧城市建设的项目,集中建设信息技术园区,为半导体设计行业和高科技初创企业提供服务,确保符合越南政府的发展方向。


范明正总理表示,越南政府将为GSE&C集团在越南发展房地产和基础设施建设提供帮助和便利的条件,帮助越南实现绿色增长和可持续发展目标,同时希望该集团参加越南社会保障活动。


韩国赛特瑞恩集团(Celltrion)副董事长兼首席执行官金基亨表示,该集团有意在越南设立生物制药进口及分销公司,愿意准备通过技术转让和生产合作为越南制药公司提供支持;通过Vinapharm的分销系统在越南配合营销Celltrion产品。


范明正总理强调,越南政府一直支持并为包括韩国企业和Celltrion在内的国内外企业投资、生产与经营活动创建便利的法律走廊,为该集团在越南有效、成功与可持续进行投资和经营创造便利条件。


韩国产业银行(KDB)行长兼首席执行官姜锡勋则表示,KDB与许多韩国大型经济集团合作并支持其在越南投资,与越南财政部密切配合,支持越南开发银行(VDB)制定可持续发展战略。KDB计划促进对越南高科技工业、创新、基础设施、绿色增长等战略领域的投资。


范明正总理希望KDB鼓励韩国企业对越南投资兴业,欢迎KDB向越南企业特别是中小型企业提供绿色金融、基础设施、高科技等方面的信贷支持,促进韩国等外国投资商对越投资。


在此前的越韩商务论坛暨与韩国主要经济组织能源金融座谈会上,范明政总理介绍了越南经济发展形势和方向,建议韩国企业继续扩大对越投资,并见证了两国企业和各地方之间的贸易、投资、医疗、教育、半导体、能源等领域合作的23份合作文件。


韩国企业高度评价越南安全稳定的投资环境和合作机会;表示韩国企业希望在辅助产业、数字化转型、绿色经济、半导体、环保能源、生物技术、5G网络、智慧城市等领域对越南进行投资。

On the morning of July 2, Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh is meeting with Samsung Group President Lee Jae-yong in Seoul. Lee thanked the Vietnamese government for its support to Samsung, especially during the pandemic.


Lee Jae-yong said that in the past 16 years, the cooperative relationship between Samsung and Vietnam has flourished, Samsung and Vietnam have grown together, Vietnam's success is Samsung's success, and Vietnam's development is Samsung's development.

Six leading Korean companies want to expand their investments in Vietnam


On the morning of July 3, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh of Vietnam met with representatives of well-known enterprises such as South Korea's CJ Group, POSCO Corporation, Lexi Jinxing (LG) Group, Daewoo Engineering & Construction Company, GSE&C Group, Ceterion Group, Korea Development Bank and other well-known enterprises.


Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with CJ Group Chairman Sohn Kyung Shik, who said the group has invested in Vietnam since 1998 with a total investment of US$1 billion. Currently, CJ Group has 24 member companies in Vietnam, with a turnover of US$1.4 billion in 2023. CJ Group hopes to continue to invest in Vietnam in food processing and export, logistics, and cultural industries.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh suggested that CJ Group continue to expand its investment in Vietnam, consider Vietnam as a strategic market, and at the same time integrate more Vietnamese products into CJ's global supply chain.


Pham Minh Chinh stressed that the Vietnamese government will support CJ Group to effectively carry out investment projects in Vietnam and help Vietnam achieve its goals of green growth and sustainable development.


When Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with CEO of South Korea's POSCO Corporation, Jang In-hwa (POSCO), who said that POSCO has established four steel branches in Vietnam with a total investment of US$1.8 billion, and they hope to continue to expand cooperation and investment in new areas in Vietnam, while transforming the specialized port used by POSCO in Vietnam into a commercial port and allowing POSCO to invest in the construction of LNG power plants in Vietnam.


Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that Vietnam will focus on the development of high value-added emerging industries such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, big data, and biotechnology. POSCO is welcome to invest in Vietnam with the introduction of modern environmental protection technology.


Jeong Cheol Dong, CEO of South Korea's LG Group, said that LG has invested more than $5 billion in Vietnam, and the group is building a factory in Haiphong to continue investment cooperation in Vietnam's traditional and new industries.


Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh hoped that LG Group would build Vietnam into an important production and R&D base for LG Group, and suggested that the group increase the localization rate of LG products in Vietnam. supporting Vietnamese enterprises to participate in the group's supply chain and production chain; Established an R&D center in Vietnam and actively participated in social welfare activities. The Vietnamese government is willing to provide favorable conditions for LG Group to invest and operate in Vietnam.


Jung Won-woo, president of Daewoo E&C, said that Daewoo E&C. was the first Korean construction company to set up a representative office in Vietnam (June 1991). In 2017, DaewooE &CVina was officially established with a total investment of 1.3 billion US dollars, engaged in investment, construction, urban business and other fields.


Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh suggested that the group continue to carry out investment projects in Vietnam, actively participate in social security activities, build social housing, and contribute to the development of increasingly good relations between the two countries.


Huh Yoonhong, chairman of South Korea's GSE&C Group, said the group is carrying out real estate projects in many parts of Vietnam. The group wants to promote the progress of existing projects, participate in smart city construction projects, focus on the construction of information technology parks, provide services to the semiconductor design industry and high-tech start-ups, and ensure that it is in line with the development direction of the Vietnamese government.


Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that the Vietnamese government will provide GSE&C Group with assistance and facilitation conditions for the development of real estate and infrastructure construction in Vietnam, helping Vietnam achieve green growth and sustainable development goals, and hoped that the group will participate in social security activities in Vietnam.


Kim Ki-hyung, vice chairman and CEO of South Korea's Celltrion Group, said that the group intends to set up a biopharmaceutical import and distribution company in Vietnam, and is willing to support Vietnamese pharmaceutical companies through technology transfer and production cooperation. Celltrion products are marketed in Vietnam through Vinapharm's distribution system.


Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stressed that the Vietnamese government has always supported and created a convenient legal corridor for the investment, production and business activities of domestic and foreign companies, including Korean companies and Celltrion, to facilitate the group's effective, successful and sustainable investment and operation in Vietnam.


Kang Seok-hoon, President and CEO of Korea Development Bank (KDB), said that KDB has cooperated with many large Korean economic groups and supported their investments in Vietnam, working closely with the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam to support the Development Bank of Vietnam (VDB) in formulating sustainable development strategies. KDB plans to promote investment in strategic areas such as Vietnam's high-tech industry, innovation, infrastructure, green growth, etc.


Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh hoped that KDB would encourage Korean enterprises to invest in Vietnam, and welcomed KDB to provide credit support to Vietnamese enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, in the areas of green finance, infrastructure, and high-tech, so as to promote investment in Vietnam by foreign investors such as South Korea.


At the previous Vietnam-Korea Business Forum and Energy Finance Symposium with South Korea's major economic organizations, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh introduced the situation and direction of Vietnam's economic development, suggested that South Korean enterprises continue to expand investment in Vietnam, and witnessed 23 cooperation documents on cooperation between enterprises and localities of the two countries in the fields of trade, investment, medical care, education, semiconductors, energy and other fields. Korean companies speak highly of Vietnam's safe and stable investment environment and cooperation opportunities.
