近日赛轮轮胎在越南公布了新的投资计划。中国赛轮集团董事长、赛轮越南有限公司董事长刘燕华女士在与越南政府副总理陈流光先生会见时表示，将对越南追加投资2亿美元（约合人民币14.45亿，越南盾5.05万亿），在越南的投资总额增加至17亿美元（约合人民币122.86亿，越南盾42.9万亿）。
赛轮集团2012年在越南成立全资子公司 SAILUN (VIETNAM) CO.,LTD.赛轮越南，利用越南的优质橡胶来生产轮胎产品。到目前为目，赛轮轮胎已经在越南西宁省鹅油县福东社福东工业园兴建各种轮胎生产厂，在胡志明市成立研发中心，并2019年与固铂轮胎成立了合资公司。
其中西宁工厂是赛轮集团目前最大的海外生产基地，为7000名员工创造了就业机会。刘燕华还表示，该工厂使用的是100%来自越南的天然橡胶。胡志明市研发中心则是赛轮集团在海外最大的研发中心。刘燕华女士对越南政府和各级机构自2012年至今为赛轮集团赴越南投资提供的支持和创造条件表示感谢。
赛轮轮胎正在加快全球化布局，目前赛轮轮胎正在越南工厂扩产的三期项目，全钢、半钢和非公路产品均已投产，产能目前正持续提升。
除越南外，赛轮轮胎在2023年10月和2024年1月，在柬埔寨工厂又新投资建设共计年产1200万条半钢子午胎项目，项目建设完成后柬埔寨工厂将具备年产2100万条半钢子午线轮胎及165万条全钢子午线轮胎的生产能力。
2023年12月，赛轮轮胎在墨西哥成立的合资公司投资建设年产600万条半钢子午线轮胎项目。
2024年3月，赛轮轮胎规划在印度尼西亚投资建设年产360万条子午线轮胎与3.7万吨非公路轮胎项目。
其中，柬埔寨项目预计今年年内投产，墨西哥项目已于当地时间5月15日动工建设，印尼项目也动工在即。
通过全球化产能布局，赛轮轮胎可以依托全球生产基地的联动效应，缩短供货周期，更高效便捷地服务现有客户。同时全球化产能布局也可以有效降低因地区间贸易摩擦产生的风险，利于公司长期稳健发展。
目前，赛轮集团在全球拥有员工18155名，总资产近350亿元人民币，2023年营收达260亿元人民币。其中赛轮越南营收达72.3亿元，占比为27.85，净利润接近16亿，占到净利的1/2。赛轮轮胎今年1-6月的净利超过21.2亿元，同比大增一倍多，三年来大体增长3倍。
截止目前，赛轮轮胎共规划建设年产2,600万条全钢子午线轮胎、1.03亿条半钢子午线轮胎、44.7万吨非公路轮胎的生产能力。赛轮轮胎的产品遍布全球180个国家和地区，全球化高质量布局，进一步增强应对国际贸易壁垒的能力。

In 2012, Sailun Group established a wholly-owned subsidiary, SAILUN (VIETNAM) CO., LTD., in Viet NamSailun Viet Nam uses Viet Nam's high-quality rubber to produce tire products. So far, Sailun Tire has built various tire production plants in Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Phuoc Dong She, Eyou District, Tay Ninh Province, Viet Nam, established a research and development center in Ho Chi Minh City, and established a joint venture with Cooper Tire in 2019.
Among them, the Xining plant is currently the largest overseas production base of Sailun Group, creating employment opportunities for 7,000 employees. Liu Yanhua also said that the factory uses 100% natural rubber from Viet Nam. The Ho Chi Minh City R&D Center is Sailun Group's largest overseas R&D center. Ms. Liu Yanhua expressed her gratitude to the Viet Nam government and institutions at all levels for their support and conditions for Sailun Group's investment in Viet Nam since 2012.
Sailun Tire is accelerating its global layout, and at present, Sailun Tire is expanding the third phase of production at its Viet Nam plant, and all steel, semi-steel and off-highway products have been put into production, and the production capacity is currently continuing to increase.
In addition to Viet Nam, Sailun Tire will invest in the construction of a total annual output of 12 million semi-steel radial tires in the Cambodian factory in October 2023 and January 2024, and the Cambodian factory will have an annual production capacity of 21 million semi-steel radial tires and 1.65 million all-steel radial tires after the completion of the project construction.
In December 2023, Sailun Tire established a joint venture in Mexico to invest in the construction of a project with an annual output of 6 million semi-steel radial tires.
In March 2024, Sailun Tire plans to invest in the construction of a project with an annual output of 3.6 million radial tires and 37,000 tons of off-road tires in Indonesia.
Among them, the Cambodia project is expected to be put into operation this year, the Mexico project has started construction on May 15 local time, and the Indonesian project is also about to start.
Through the global production capacity layout, Sailun Tire can rely on the linkage effect of global production bases to shorten the supply cycle and serve existing customers more efficiently and conveniently. At the same time, the global production capacity layout can also effectively reduce the risk caused by inter-regional trade frictions, which is conducive to the long-term and steady development of the company.
At present, Sailun Group has 18,155 employees worldwide, total assets of nearly 35 billion yuan, and revenue of 26 billion yuan in 2023. Among them, Sailun Viet Nam's revenue reached 7.23 billion yuan, accounting for 27.85, and the net profit was close to 1.6 billion, accounting for 1/2 of the net profit. Sailun Tire's net profit from January to June this year exceeded 2.12 billion yuan, more than double the year-on-year and a roughly threefold increase in the past three years.
Up to now, Sailun Tire plans to build an annual production capacity of 26 million all-steel radial tires, 103 million semi-steel radial tires and 447,000 tons of off-road tires. Sailun Tire's products are distributed in 180 countries and regions around the world, with a global high-quality layout, which further enhances the ability to deal with international trade barriers.
