2024年8月3日，建滔集团(HK:00148)旗下扬宣电子（越南）有限公司在越南北宁举行了盛大的奠基典礼，扬宣电子正式开工建设。
今年6月20日，建滔集团旗下总部位于香港的LEGEND BRIGHT ENTERPRISE (HONG KONG) LIMITED 成立了扬宣电子（越南）有限公司，完成了在越南的PCB通孔和HDI产品布局。扬宣电子（越南）有限公司主要生产印制电路板，总投资金额为1.2亿美元。预计2025年底完成第一期的投产，产能为60万平方英尺/月，第二期产能预计达到100万平方英尺/月。
扬宣电子的投资于6月4日获得越南北宁省人民委员会的批准，并颁发了建滔集团北宁项目的投资登记证书。项目位于北宁省嘉平县的嘉平II工业园区。项目用地总面积为44,468㎡，厂房建筑面积85,182㎡, 总投资金额为1.2亿美元（约合8.6亿人民币）。
建滔集团创始人张国荣先生自 1970 年代 起就从事电子元件贸易，并于 1988 年成立建滔集团，在深圳建立了公司第一间覆铜板厂。 1993 年，建滔集团于港交所上市。1993-2002 年，公司向产业链上游延伸，陆续完成对覆铜板直接上游材料铜箔、环氧树脂、电子玻纤纱及玻纤布、漂白木浆纸的布局，并开始拓展化工原材料领域。2002 年和 2004 年，公司分别收购原联想旗下 PCB 厂商科惠线路 和领先的高密度及多层 PCB 厂商依利安达，向产业链下游延伸，形成全产业链覆盖。2006 年，建滔积层板于港交所上市。
2023年建滔集团在核心业务覆铜板按收入计算全球市占率约14.6%，连续19年获得全球高端积层板市场第一位置。
建滔集团对旭日大数据表示，越南筹建新的工厂明年年底可以投产，主要面向的客户是日韩；泰国也会增加一家线路板工厂，未来也会考虑把一部分原材料放在泰国生产，面向的客户主要是欧美客户为主。
On August 3, 2024, Yangxuan Electronics (Viet Nam) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Kingboard Group (HK:00148), held a grand groundbreaking ceremony in Bac Ninh, Viet Nam, to officially start construction of Yangxuan Electronics.
On June 20 this year, LEGEND BRIGHT ENTERPRISE (HONGKONG) LIMITED ，Kingboard Group's Hong Kong-based subsidiary established Yangxuan Electronics (Viet Nam) Co., Ltd. to complete the layout of PCB through-hole and HDI products in Viet Nam. Yangxuan Electronics (Viet Nam) Co., Ltd. mainly produces printed circuit boards, with a total investment of 120 million US dollars. The first phase is expected to be commissioned by the end of 2025 with a capacity of 600,000 square feet per month, and the second phase is expected to reach 1 million square feet per month.
The investment was approved by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province of Viet Nam on June 4 and an investment registration certificate was issued for Kingboard Group's Bac Ninh project. The project is located in Gia Binh II Industrial Park, Gia Binh District, Bac Ninh Province. The total land area of the project is 44,468 square meters, the factory building area is 85,182 square meters, and the total investment amount is 120 million US dollars (about 860 million yuan).
The founder of Kingboard Group, Mr. Leslie Cheung, has been trading electronic components since the 1970s and established Kingboard Group in 1988 to establish the company's first copper clad laminate factory in Shenzhen. In 1993, Kingboard Group was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. From 1993 to 2002, the company extended to the upstream of the industrial chain, successively completed the layout of copper foil, epoxy resin, electronic glass fiber yarn and glass fiber cloth, bleached wood pulp and paper, and began to expand the field of chemical raw materials. In 2002 and 2004, the company acquired the former Lenovo PCB manufacturer Kehui Line and the leading high-density and multi-layer PCB manufacturer Elec & Eltek, respectively, extending to the downstream of the industrial chain and forming a full industry chain coverage. In 2006, Kingboard Laminates was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In 2023, Kingboard Group's core business of copper clad laminates will have a global market share of approximately 14.6% in terms of revenue, ranking first in the global high-end laminate market for 19 consecutive years.
Kingboard Group told Glorious Sun Big Data that Viet Nam is preparing to build a new factory that can be put into production by the end of next year, mainly for customers in Japan and South Korea; Thailand will also add a circuit board factory, and in the future, it will also consider putting some raw materials in Thailand for production, mainly for European and American customers.
