近日富士康旗下的业成科技宣布董事决议，设立越南子公司GIS TECHNOLOGY（VIETNAM）COMPANY LIMITED（名称暂定），目前已经取得土地使用权、厂房及无尘室，土地租赁面积6.89万平方公尺（约人民币0.65亿元），合计资产总金额人民币2.62亿元。
业成科技此次投资先设立第三地区公司 GIS HOLDING（BVI）LIMITED，再转投资设立越南子公司GIS TECHNOLOGY（VIETNAM）COMPANY LIMITED，投资金额为美金2000万美元（约人民币1.45亿元）。
在 GIS TECHNOLOGY（VIETNAM）COMPANY LIMITED 正式设立完成前，将由母公司GIS HOLDING（BVI）LIMITED 暂代签约及付款相关事宜。
作为富士康的子公司，业成科技成立于2011年，主要从事触控显示、触控系统、触控组件、触控屏幕、触控技术、应用软件、硬件、触控相关周边配件的研发与生产。其英文名称为General Interface Solution Business Group（简称GIS）。
业成科技在富士康集团的全球布局中扮演着重要的角色。目前，业成科技在台湾、深圳、成都、无锡与郑州等地均建有研发与生产基地。这些基地不仅为业成科技提供了充足的生产能力，还为其在全球范围内的市场拓展提供了有力支持。目前业成科技的主要服务客户为苹果、华为、小米、魅族等，为他们提供产品研发与制造服务。
供应链传出的消息称，业成科技此次在越南新建的产能，主要是大型触摸屏产品，配套富士康集团内部企业和在越南台资企业需求。
而富士康今年也加大了在越南的投资，最近就宣布在越南投资线路板厂、电视整机厂、游对机整机厂和AIOT物联网终端设备厂，再加上业成科技的投资，基本上把龙华富士康的非苹果产能中的大部分，复制了过来。
而原来深圳厂区的部分出口订单产品，也会转到越南来生产，以获得更低的关税优惠，同时也更方便承接更多的全球订单。
2019年《全面与进步跨太平洋伙伴关系协议》（CPTPP）在越南正式生效后，为规避贸易争端，包括富士康、比亚迪、立讯精密、歌尔股份、领益科技等以消费电子为主的相关产业，正在加速向越南转移，外商直接投资项目数量在2018 、2019两年再度增长。这一轮产业转移进一步强化了越南的制造能力，丰富制造业的覆盖范围，同时也使得制造业的价值量得以明显提升。
Recently, Foxconn's Yecheng Technology announced the resolution of its board of directors to establish a Viet Nam subsidiary, GIS TECHNOLOGY (VIETNAM) COMPANY LIMITED (name tentative), which has obtained land use rights, factories and clean rooms, with a land lease area of 68,900 square meters (about RMB 65 million) and total assets of RMB 262 million.
The investment first established GIS HOLDING (BVI) LIMITED, a third regional company, and then reinvested in the establishment of a Viet Nam subsidiary, GIS TECHNOLOGY (VIETNAM) COMPANY LIMITED, with an investment amount of US$20 million (about RMB145 million).
BEFORE THE FORMAL ESTABLISHMENT OF GIS TECHNOLOGY (VIETNAM) COMPANY LIMITED IS COMPLETED, THE PARENT COMPANY GIS HOLDING (BVI) LIMITED WILL TEMPORARILY SIGN THE ConTRACT AND MAKE PAYMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE PARENT COMPANY.
As a subsidiary of Foxconn, Yecheng Technology was established in 2011 and is mainly engaged in the R&D and production of touch displays, touch systems, touch components, touch screens, touch technology, application software, hardware, and touch-related peripheral accessories. Its English name is General Interface Solution Business Group (GIS).
Yecheng Technology plays an important role in the global layout of Foxconn Group. At present, Yecheng Technology has R&D and production bases in Taiwan, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Wuxi and Zhengzhou. These bases not only provide sufficient production capacity for Yecheng Technology, but also provide strong support for its global market expansion. At present, the main service customers of Yecheng Technology are Apple, Huawei, Xiaomi, Meizu, etc., providing them with product development and manufacturing services.
According to the news from the supply chain, the new production capacity of Yecheng Technology in Viet Nam this time is mainly large-scale touch screen products, supporting the needs of Foxconn Group internal enterprises and Taiwan-funded enterprises in Viet Nam.
Foxconn has also increased its investment in Viet Nam this year, and recently announced that it would invest in circuit board factories, TV machine factories, game machine factories and AIOT Internet of Things terminal equipment factories in Viet Nam, plus the investment of Yecheng Technology, basically copied most of Longhua Foxconn's non-Apple production capacity.
Some of the export orders from the original Shenzhen factory will also be transferred to Viet Nam for production to obtain lower tariff preferences and make it more convenient to undertake more global orders.

This round of industrial transfer has further strengthened Viet Nam's manufacturing capacity, enriched the coverage of the manufacturing industry, and significantly increased the value of the manufacturing industry.
