近日苹果供应商东山精密DSBJ集团的主席袁永刚先生，在考察越南北宁省的投资环境时表示：DSBJ目前在全球15个国家设有分支，专注于生产触摸屏和各种高科技电子元件。此次通过歌尔集团的介绍前来越南考察投资机会，越南北宁省份拥有开放和有吸引力的投资环境，希望北宁省领导能为东山精密DSBJ集团创造有利条件，以便东山精密DSBJ集团在北宁考察并投资建厂。
北宁省人民委员会主席阮香江先生举行仪式，欢迎东山精密DSBJ集团来省了解并投资兴业。阮香江先生介绍了北宁省目前拥有12个集中工业园区，从技术基础设施到公用事业服务同步投资，在空间和必要条件方面已做好迎接投资者的准备；北宁省本着“合作、共同发展”的宗旨，始终为东山精密DSBJ集团了解和投资该省的制造工厂创造有利条件。
东山精密是目前行业中为数不多的能为新能源汽车客户提供PCB（含FPC）、车载屏、功能性结构件等多种产品及综合解决方案的供应商。
在前不久的投资者关系活动中，东山精密表示，为实施公司新一轮发展战略，公司积极拥抱消费电子及新能源行业头部客户，为持续满足客户需求，公司自2022年至今在墨西哥（自建）、美国（购建）、泰国（自建，未投产）建立了生产基地。目前墨西哥和美国工厂主要服务新能源汽车客户。泰国工厂还在建设中，未来的产品主要是PCB（含FPC）。
在FPC产品上，目前东山精密主要服务消费电子客户，其中大客户营收占比较高，未来随着AI功能的使用，公司将能为客户提供高品质的产品和服务，持续满足客户的需求。
而LED业务由于受到同质化产品竞争激烈导致亏损，公司将通过加强内部管理，进一步优化产品结构，导入知名客户的代工业务，努力减少亏损。另外公司服务于消费类电子的触控显示业务总体上看已经逐渐恢复到正常年份的水平，公司也将进一步通过开拓新客户，提升产能利用率，努力减亏甚至不亏。
东山精密最早是LED背光源供应商，2014年东山精密通过收购牧东光电从LED行业拓展至触控面板行业，开始了外延并购扩张之路。
东山精密2016年收购苹果FPC供应商MFLX，2018年收购伟创力旗下PCB子公司Multek，收购完成后，公司成为兼具高精密FPC、HDI和高多层PCB量产能力的全球前十电路板企业。
直到2023年，东山精密还在继续加码收购，相继将苏州晶端、美国Aranda工厂收入囊中。目前东山精密DSBJ集团主席袁永刚先生在各大上市公司的资本运作中，除了控股东山精密、安孚科技、蓝盾光电外，还是禾盛新材第五大股东，新三板公司帝瀚环保并列第二大股东。
目前行业认为东山精密的FPC业务主要是受苹果景气周期驱动，不过东山精密可以在价格优势下实现品类和份额的逐步提升。苹果产品的软板体系采购，主要包括超精细FPC、多层FPC及射频FPC三大品类，东山目前依靠在多层FPC的优势占据苹果软板采购约10%-12%份额，而合计占据40%以上份额的日本供应商正在逐步退出，东山后续有望依靠在射频FPC(如LAT+dock，LCP等)、超精细FPC(显示触控等)两大赛道的布局有望逐步获得增量份额。

DSBJ is one of the few suppliers in the industry that can provide new energy vehicle customers with a variety of products and comprehensive solutions such as PCB (including FPC), on-board screen, and functional structural parts.
In the recent investor relations activities, Dongshan Precision said that in order to implement the company's new round of development strategy, the company actively embraces the head customers of the consumer electronics and new energy industries, and in order to continue to meet customer needs, the company has established production bases in Mexico (self-built), United States (purchased and built), and Thailand (self-built, not put into production) since 2022. At present, the plants in Mexico and the United States mainly serve new energy vehicle customers. The Thailand factory is still under construction, and the future products are mainly PCBs (including FPC).
In the future, with the use of AI functions, the company will be able to provide customers with high-quality products and services to continue to meet customer needs.
The LED business is suffering losses due to the fierce competition of homogeneous products, and the company will further optimize the product structure by strengthening internal management, and introduce the foundry business of well-known customers to strive to reduce losses. In addition, the company's touch display business serving consumer electronics has gradually returned to the level of normal years on the whole, and the company will further develop new customers, improve capacity utilization, and strive to reduce losses or even no losses.
In 2014, Dongshan Precision expanded from the LED industry to the touch panel industry through the acquisition of Mudong Optoelectronics, and began the road of epitaxial mergers and acquisitions.
DSBJ acquired Apple's FPC supplier MFLX in 2016 and Flextronics' PCB subsidiary Multek in 2018, making the company one of the world's top 10 circuit board companies with high-precision FPC, HDI and high-multilayer PCB mass production capabilities.
Until 2023, Dongshan Precision will continue to increase its acquisitions, and has successively acquired Suzhou Jingduan and United States Aranda factories. At present, Mr. Yuan Yonggang, chairman of DSBJ Group, is the fifth largest shareholder of Hesheng New Materials, and the second largest shareholder of Dihan Environmental Protection of the New Third Board, in addition to controlling Dongshan Precision, Anfu Technology and Landun Optoelectronics.
At present, the industry believes that Dongshan Precision's FPC business is mainly driven by Apple's business cycle, but Dongshan Precision can achieve a gradual increase in category and share under the price advantage. Apple product soft board system procurement, mainly including ultra-fine FPC, multi-layer FPC and RF FPC three categories, Dongshan currently relies on the advantage of multi-layer FPC to occupy about 10%-12% share of Apple's soft board procurement, and a total of more than 40% of the share of Japan suppliers are gradually withdrawing, Dongshan is expected to rely on the layout of RF FPC (such as LAT+dock, LCP, etc.), ultra-fine FPC (display touch, etc.) two major tracks are expected to gradually gain incremental share.
