近日CNC大厂广东格林精密部件股份有限公司（以下简称“格林精密”）发布公告称，拟通过全资子公司格林国际在越南投资建设精密结构件生产基地，计划投资金额不超过5,618万美元（约合人民币4.09亿），包括但不限于新设公司、购置土地、土建工程、购置生产设备及配套、铺底流动资金等相关事项。这是格林精密在越南建的第二家工厂。
越南投建的公司名称为格林精密制造越南有限公司（以下简称越南格林精密），越文名称为Cng Ty TNHH Green Precision Manufacturing Vit Nam，英文名称为Green Precision Manufacturing Vietnam Co,Ltd.，注册资本900 万美元，注册地址为VSIP Bac Ninh II Industrial Park, Bac Ninh City, Vietnam，VSIP（Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park）是新加坡与越南合作开发的一系列工业园区，旨在吸引外资和促进当地经济发展。
2024 年7月18日召开的第三届董事会第十四次会议、第三届监事会第十四次会议，审议通过了《关于对外投资建设越南生产基地项目的议案》。 议案表示，为满足海外客户多方面需求，顺应国际化发展趋势，加快推进与完善海外制造基地战略布局，主动应对公司当前要素环境改变进行产业梯度转移，在更贴近主要海外目标客户及要素条件更优越的地区建立产品生产及装配基地，公司拟通 过全资子公司 Green Precision Components (International) PTE. LTD.（以 下简称“格林国际”）在越南投资建设精密结构件生产基地。公司将根据市场需求及业务发展等具体情况分阶段实施建设越南生产基地。
越南格林精密的经营范围包括研发、设计、生产、加工、销售精密模具制品、金属制品、塑胶制品、电子零配件、金属与塑胶表面处理（电镀除外）；消费电子产品无线技术应用研发、生产、销售及服务；与以上产品相关的自动化生产设备的研发、制造、销售，检验及服务；提供消费电子产品一站式解决方案（集研发、设计、生产、加工、销售于一体）；以及公司自营和代理各类商品和技术的进出口业务。
格林精密认为，本次对外投资建设越南生产基地项目是为满足海外客户多方面需求，顺应国际化发展趋势，加快推进与完善海外制造基地战略布局，主动应对公司当前 要素环境改变进行产业梯度转移，在更贴近主要海外目标客户及要素条件更优越的地区建立产品生产及装配基地。
本次对外投资建设越南生产基地项目有利于公司更加灵活地应对宏观环境波动、产业政策调整以及降低国际贸易格局变化可能对公司形成的潜在不利影响，有助于公司利用越南良好产业基础和区位优势，更好地为公司现有及潜在客户提供产品服务，增强公司核心竞争力，提高公司经济效益。
本次对外投资是从业务发展的实际需求出发，围绕公司主营业务进行的境外拓展，有利于促进公司中长期战略规划逐步落地，并进一步扩大市场份额，提升客户的供应链稳定，短期内不会对公司的财务状况和经营成果产生重大影响，不存在 损害公司和股东尤其是中小股东利益的情形。
格林精密为中国大陆主要的手机结构件供应商之一，长期从事手机中框CNC、手机后盖注塑业务，并拓展到了平板电脑、智能穿戴领域。
在前不久的投资者活动上，格林精密表示，目前公司的主要产品为智能终端精密结构件，主要应用于智能家居、智能手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备等智能终端产品。近年来，全球经济下行压力加大，贸易保护主义加剧，公司所处行业的市场规模有所萎缩。但随着大模型AI 技术的普及，公司将继续加强精密结构件功能化研发与应用，以迎接智能终端新的应用爆发期。未来公司将在现有业务的基础上继续加大在家用机器人、动力电池、新能源汽车、医美健康、电子烟等领域的精密结构件开发投入。
在自己的产品技术优势上，格林精密认为具有整合塑胶（含耐高温塑材）、金属、玻璃、环保材料、纺织布、玻璃纤维、疏水膜、亲肤蛋白皮革、PU 皮料、超纤等多种材料的综合设计与生产能力，能够将天线、电磁屏蔽、声腔、光学、散热、保温、隔热、疏水、亲肤、抗静电、抗过敏、防水防尘、装饰等功能集成到精密结构件产品上。公司一直以多功能精密结构件产品为研发方向，进一步深耕精密结构件功能化技术，增强公司产品研发、设计能力及制造工艺创新能力，使得公司“一揽子技术解决方案”所设计和制造的产品具有更多的非结构功能和更高的性价比，以提升公司产品的综合竞争力。
2002年，正值手机国产化刚刚起步，兄弟两借通信产业“风口”切入赛道，专门给手机外壳做涂装服务，成功与波导、TCL建立合作关系。为更好服务TCL这个重点客户，公司在惠阳成立惠阳市格林塑胶电子有限公司，这就是格林精密前身。
2007年8月，吴宝发收购新加坡公司大中华精密100%股份，将丰骏投资的全部股份转让至大中华精密，将境内资产注入境外。2007年11月，大中华精密作为挂牌主体在法兰克福证券交易所初级板块挂牌，大中华精密将境外上市融资款2亿1900万元增资至惠州格林。
2014年9月，大中华精密从境外退市。2016年股份改制后，公司迅速启动在A股IPO的冲刺。2021年4月，格林精密在注册制推行的行业利好下从深交所创业板成功上市。

2021年相继成立格林国际（新加坡）、香港格林和越南格林，并在越南租赁厂房投资设厂。越南格林的工厂设在越南北宁省仙游县内睿社仙山工业区，2023年第四季度投入生产运营，但格林精密表示目前的越南生产基地已无法满足海外客户未来的交付需求，因此扩建了第二个工厂。
不过格林精密也表示，越南的法律法规、政策体系、商业环境、文化特征与国内存在较大差异，国际政治形势复杂、国际贸易争端的发展存在不确定性。公司将密切关注越南的法律及政策动向，并建立完善的经营管理机制，防范可能面对的风险。
