5月24日胜宏科技(300476.SZ)发布公告称，为满足海外客户多方面需求，顺应国际化发展趋势，加快推进海外制造基地战略布局，公司拟通过全资子公司VICTORY GIANT TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. (简称“新加坡胜宏”)在越南投资建设高精密度印制线路板项目，拟于越南北宁省VSIP工业园新建生产基地，用于生产高多层印制线路板和HDI，计划投资金额拟不超过2.6亿美元(约合人民币18.836亿)，包括但不限于新设公司、购买土地、新厂房及工程建设、购买生产设备及配套等相关事项，实际投资金额以中国及当地相关主管部门批准的金额为准。
胜宏科技同时称，公司将根据市场需求和业务进展等具体情况分阶段实施建设越南生产基地。公司董事会同意授权公司董事长或董事长授权人员全权办理公司本次设立越南公司、越南生产基地建设有关的全部事宜。
此次筹建的胜宏科技（越南）有限责任公司英文名称为Victory Giant Technology (Vietnam) Co., Ltd；注册资本3000万美元；注册地址在Land Lot No. CN.13.2 in VSIP Bac Ninh II Industrial Park, Bac Ninh City, Vietnam。
胜宏科技表示，越南作为快速发展的新兴市场经济体，近年来亦承接了较多的3C产业、汽车电子的产能转移，相关产业链配套也不断得到完善，可以较好满足公司建设海外生产基地的需要。本次海外生产基地的建设与实施，有助于公司利用越南良好产业基础和区位优势，更好地为公司现有及潜在大客户提供产品服务，增强公司核心竞争力，提高公司经济效益。
胜宏科技认为本次对外投资是从业务发展的实际需求出发，围绕公司主营业务进行的境外拓展，有利于促进公司中长期战略规划逐步落地，并进一步扩大市场份额，提升客户的供应链稳定，增强公司综合竞争实力，对公司主营业务的持续发展有积极促进作用。
据此前越媒Bắc Ninh报道，3月19日，胜宏科技在惠州工厂举行了越南工厂土地签约仪式，胜宏科技CEO赵启祥代表公司与越南北宁省VSIP工业园区基础设施公司签署了土地租赁合同，越南北宁省人民委员会常务副主席王国俊、胜宏科技董事长陈涛等领导一同见证了该仪式。
旭日大数据了解的信息显示，目前英伟达的AI服务器主要由越南富士康组装生产，需要PCB板厂能够就近配套服，胜宏科技作为英伟达的长期合作方，在越南北宁建厂可以更方便配套越南富士康。
